Lead or Dead - Miniatures Painted by Neubauten

Scenery and Stuff | 2005-07-01 19:26:14
I have added a new gallery for Scenery. I take my time painting miniatures but my scenery making is much more quick and dirty. Deviant practises indulged in whilst making this stuff have included scorching carpet tiles with a blow torch and combing glue into teddy bear fur. All in a good cause of course. I have also added a bunch of old figures to the Misc gallery.

Unearthing the past | 2005-06-05 08:37:31
I have dusted off some of the figures I painted in the 1980s and early 1990s - back in the days when I still bought those giant 28mm figures, before discovering the joys of 15mm and 20mm. These have been added to the Miscellaneous gallery (which also contains some much more recent 1/300 scale stuff). I still love some of my early 1980s figures - one day I'll paint all those Chronicle orcs, Denizen skeletons etc in the great lead pile.

The Welsh are here! | 2005-06-05 05:13:14
Please take a moment to check out the 15mm Welsh section I have just added to the Gallery. These figures are taken from one of my dark ages DBA armies. This army is actually planned to represent the Cornish in a recreation of the battle of Hingston Down (838AD) in which the Cornish and their Viking allies were defeated by the Anglo Saxons.

SCW Moors Added | 2005-02-22 06:30:58
I have just added some Irregular Miniatures 20mm Spanish Civil War Moors to the gallery. I know some people have their doubts about Irregular's figures but I hope this will convince you that their Spanish Civil War range is definitely worth a look.
